Dec 28 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Thursday.

    The company is planning to sell assets worth 800 million
euros ($889.44 million) and to buy a stake in Hispasat, Spanish
economic newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Thursday.

    The company said on Thursday it closed a syndicated
financing agreement for the next six years for 217 million
