Ergomed, a company focused on providing specialised services to the pharmaceutical industry, announces that on 23 July 2019, Dr Miroslav Reljanović, founder and Executive Chairman of the Company, transferred 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Share(s)") to Stephen Stamp, a former Director of the Company (the "Transfer"). The Transfer took place following an exercise of options over Shares owned by Dr Miroslav Reljanović which had been granted on 30 November 2016 at an exercise price of 1 pence per Share.
 
Following the Transfer, Dr Miroslav Reljanovic's holding has reduced to 11,055,767 Shares (representing 23.7 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital).
