Ergomed, a company focused on providing specialised services to the pharmaceutical industry, announces that on 24 December 2018, Dr Miroslav Reljanovic, founder and Executive Vice-Chairman of the Company, transferred 176,470 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Share(s)") to Andrew Mackie, a former Director of the Company (the "Transfer"). The Transfer took place following an exercise of options over Ergomed shares owned by Dr Miroslav Reljanovic which had been granted on 20 July 2015 at an exercise price of 1 pence per Share.
 
Following the Transfer, Dr Miroslav Reljanovic's holding has reduced to 10,955,767 Shares (representing 24.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital).
