    ** Co acquires global immuno-oncology platform of privately
held co Exacis Biotherapeutics
    ** It includes the purchase of Exacis' entire pipeline of
engineered cell therapy programs for blood cancer and solid
tumors
    ** Deal terms include an upfront payment in Eterna common
shares, and milestone and other potential payments totaling up
to $49.0 million
    ** Stock up ~6% YTD
