    POLITICS
    The Bank of Italy on Monday warned on Monday that reducing
regulatory curbs on the use of cash is a boon for the country's
black economy, implicitly criticising one of the new
government's budget measures.
    In testimony on the 2023 budget, the central bank also
cautioned against cuts to the "citizens' income" poverty relief
scheme.
    ECONOMY
    National statistics bureau ISTAT releases twice-yearly
forecasts on Italian economy for 2022/2023 (0900 GMT)
    DEBT
    Treasury announces sale of 12-month BOT bills, with relative
amounts to be auctioned on Dec. 9.
    COMPANIES
    ERREDUE  RDUE.MI 
    Design and production of solutions for on-site production,
mixing and purification of industrial gases company, debuts on
Euronext Growth Milan.
    GENERALI  GASI.MI 
    Italy's top insurer said on Monday it had repurchased 500
million euros ($528 million) worth of its shares, completing a
share buyback programme launched in August.
