Croat top court limits bank liability on Swiss franc loans, banking association says June 18 (Reuters) - Croatia's Supreme Court has ruled to limit bank liability on Swiss franc loans to late-payment fees, the Croatian banking association said on Thursday, adding that it would analyse the ruling and then decide on possible future legal steps.
