On Monday at 1300 PM, the Polish Ministry of Finance will announce the supply of bonds for the planned auction on Wednesday. The value of the offer is between 6.0 and 12.0 billion zlotys ($1.63 billion-12.0 billion zlotys).
SANTANDER BANK POLSKA
Erste Group ERST.VI has declared that it will maintain the dividend policy of the acquired Santander Bank Polska SPL1.WA and has no plans to change the Polish bank's management board, Rzeczpospolita daily reported.
ORLEN
Orlen's PKN.WA management board member for upstream, Wiesław Prugar, said the company would like to complete the consolidation of its upstream assets by the end of this year, Rzeczpospolita reported.
