SANTANDER BANK
Spain's Santander SAN.MC is exploring options for its roughly $8 billion (7.3 billion euro) majority stake in its Polish unit, Santander Bank Polska SPL.WA, including a potential sale, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
TNT SUPPLY AGREEMENT
An agreement between the Polish Nitro-Chem and Paramount Enterprises International for the supply of TNT to the Polish army will be signed on Wednesday, the Ministry of Defence announced.
ELECTROMOBILITY
ElectroMobility Poland is abandoning its plans to create a Polish electric car, the Izera, and wants to create an electromobility hub, the center of which will be a car factory, not necessarily of a Polish brand, but manufactured in 80% from Polish components, Puls Biznesu daily reported.
DEBT
On Wednesday at 1000 the Ministry of Finance will hold a bond switch tender.
