April 8 (Reuters) - Spain's Santander SAN.MC is exploring options for its majority stake in its Poland unit worth about $8 billion, including a potential sale, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter. Shares of the unit, Santander Bank Polska SPL1.WA, rose 6.9% after the Bloomberg report.
