U.S. stock index futures edged higher on Friday, driven by gains in chip and
megacap stocks, while investors reassessed expectations of a March rate cut and
awaited earnings reports from corporate America.  .N 
    
    At 7:08 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.37% at 37,800. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.47% at 4,834, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.77% at
17,241.5.
