    ** Co reports Q4 earnings of $1.10 per share, compared to
$0.83 per share a year earlier 
    ** ESQ's quarterly net interest income rose 56.8% to $18.3
mln from a year earlier
    ** Co says it remains well above the bank regulatory "well
capitalized" standards
    ** ESQ rose 37.3% in 2022
