Board Change

essensys plc (AIM:ESYS), the leading global provider of software and
technology to the flexible workspace industry, confirms that, further to the
announcement on 11 January 2024, Sarah Harvey will step down as Chief
Financial Officer and from the Board of the Company effective 1 August 2024.

The roles and responsibilities for the Chief Financial Officer will be taken
on by the current Group Director of Finance, with assistance from members of
the executive management team including Mark Furness, Chief Executive Officer.
 essensys has launched and conducted a thorough search for a permanent Chief
Financial Officer appointment and will update the market on progress in due
course.

Change of Registered Address

The registered office of the Company will change effective from 1 August 2024
to 1 Finsbury Avenue, London EC2M 2PF.
