raising. She has spent the last five years in a number of senior roles
within Telefonica UK (now Virgin Media O2), including as Commercial Finance
Director and two years as Chief Financial Officer of giffgaff where she
oversaw significant revenue and profit growth.
In his new role, Alan Pepper will oversee the Group's central operations and
commercial activities, reporting to Mark Furness, Chief Executive Officer.
Alan will remain on the Group's board of directors, which Sarah will join on
appointment.

makes him the best and obvious candidate to lead our mission-critical
operations. I am delighted to welcome Sarah Harvey to essensys. She brings a
wealth of relevant expertise and is extremely well qualified to oversee the
continued financial management of the Group. This new management structure
comes at a significant point in essensys' growth journey, and ensures that we
have the right people in the right roles to further enable us to achieve our
goals and deliver the next phase of our ambitious expansion plan."
