Sarah Harvey joins as CFO, Alan Pepper moves to COO role

 

Further to the announcement on 3 February 2022, essensys plc (AIM:ESYS), the
leading global provider of mission critical software-as-a-service (SaaS) and
technology platforms to the flexible workspace and commercial real estate
industries, confirms that on 16 May 2022 Sarah Harvey joined essensys' board
of directors (the "Board") as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Group.

 

Sarah joins from Virgin Media O2, where she most recently held the role of
Operations Finance Director.  She is an experienced finance professional,
having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002 with PwC, and latterly was
a Director in their Transaction Services, Capital Markets team, leading all
aspects of listed company transactions including acquisitions, disposals, IPOs
and fund-raisings.  She has spent the last five years in a number of senior
roles within Telefonica UK (now Virgin Media O2), including as Commercial
Finance Director and two years as Chief Financial Officer of giffgaff where
she oversaw significant revenue and profit growth.

 

Alan Pepper, previously Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer,
has now assumed the newly created stand-alone role of Chief Operating Officer
("COO").  Alan remains a member of the Group's board of directors.
