essensys plc (AIM:ESYS), the leading global provider of mission critical software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms and on-demand cloud services to the flexible workspace industry, announces that on 6 April 2021 it was notified that Alan Pepper, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer, sold a total of 125,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 252 pence per Ordinary Share to fund house renovations.
Following this transaction, Alan Pepper's total beneficial interest in the Group is 404,566 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.77% of the Group's total issued share capital.  Alan has informed the Group that he has no plans to make further sales of his holding in the Group for a period of at least 12 months.
The Notification of Dealing Form required in accordance with Article 19.3 of MAR is set out below.
