essensys plc
("essensys" or the "Group")
Posting of 2021 Annual Report and Accounts
&
Notice of Annual General Meeting
essensys plc (AIM:ESYS), the leading global provider of mission critical
software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms and on-demand cloud services to the
flexible workspace industry, announces that it has today posted its Annual
Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2021 together with the Notice
of the 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and an AGM Proxy Form to its
shareholders. Copies of these documents are also available on the Group's
website at: https://essensys.tech/investors/company-documents/
(https://essensys.tech/investors/company-documents/) .
The 2021 AGM will be held at 9.30 am on Thursday 2 December 2021 at the
offices of essensys at Aldgate Tower, 7th Floor, 2 Leman Street, London, E1
8FA. Despite the relaxation of social distancing and gathering restrictions
earlier this year, there remains some uncertainty as to what regulations or
public health guidance may be in place at the time of the AGM, given the
possibility of changing Covid-19 case numbers after the time of publication of
the Notice of the AGM. In light of this uncertainty, the Board strongly
encourages shareholders to consider carefully whether it is necessary for them
to travel to and attend the AGM in person this year.
In addition to the physical AGM, the proceedings of this year's AGM will be
broadcast via the Investor Meet Company platform. The Company provided a
results roadshow presentation on 20 October 2021 through the Investor Meet
Company platform, which was available to all shareholders to attend. The AGM
broadcast will therefore be of the AGM proceedings only. Shareholders may
register for the broadcast at
https://www.investormeetcompany.com/essensys-plc/register-investor
(https://www.investormeetcompany.com/essensys-plc/register-investor) .
Although the broadcast will not be an interactive forum, shareholders are
invited to submit questions to the Board on matters to be discussed at the
AGM. Questions can be submitted via the Investor Meet Company platform.
Information about how to submit questions via email can be found in the
Notice of the AGM. Investors who already follow essensys on the Investor Meet
Company platform will automatically be invited.
We strongly encourage shareholders to submit a proxy vote in advance of the
AGM and to appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy, rather than a
named person who, if circumstances change, may not be able to attend the
meeting.
Any changes to the AGM arrangements will be announced via RNS and will be
available at: https://essensys.tech/investors/regulatory-news/
