Result of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of essensys plc was held at 1 Finsbury Avenue,
London, EC2M 2PF, on 30 January 2026.
All 12 resolutions put to members were passed on a poll. Resolutions 1 to 10
were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 11 and 12 were passed as
special resolutions.
The number of votes cast for and against each of the resolutions proposed, and
the number of votes withheld were as follows:

votes for and against a resolution.
