1.7% at $24.80 post-market as co seeks equity
    ** Commercial net-lease REIT announces 8 mln share offering
on forward sale basis
    ** Co enters into 1-yr forward sales agreements with jt
bookrunners BofA, Wells Fargo, Truist and Mizuho
    ** Upon settlement of such agreements, co to use net
proceeds for general purposes, including potential future
investments
    ** Co has 169.4 mln shares outstanding as of Mar 8, per the
SEC prospectus filing
    ** EPRT on Mon closed up 1.2% at $25.23. Stock down 1.3% YTD
after nearly 9% rise in 2023
