Appointment of Chairman to the Board
Further to the announcement on 23 December 2015, Essentra plc ("the Company") confirms the appointment of Paul Lester to the position of Chairman of the Board. This appointment follows the Company's Annual General Meeting today, subsequent to which Jeff Harris retired as Chairman after a ten year tenure.
