CAPITAL MARKETS EVENT NOTIFICATON - DATE RESCHEDULED

 

Essentra plc ("Essentra" or the "Company") previously announced a Capital
Markets Event for investors and analysts on 9 November 2022, hosted by Scott
Fawcett and a range of senior leaders, to provide an update on the strategy as
the Company moves forward as a global leading manufacturer and distributor of
components.

 

As a result of the planned train strikes, Essentra is rescheduling the event
to 15 November 2022.

The Capital Markets Event will start at 10:00am UK time at Peel Hunt LLP,
7th Floor, 100 Liverpool St, London EC2M 2AT.

 

There are two options for participating in the event:
