COMPLETION OF MERGER RESERVE REDUCTION

 

 

Further to the announcement on 20 October 2023, Essentra is pleased to
confirm, following Court approval, the successful completion of the
re-organisation of its balance sheet reserves so as to convert its
non-distributable merger reserve to distributable reserves.
