Completion of the sale of Filters

 

 

Further to the announcement on 3 October 2022, Essentra plc ("the Company" or
"Essentra"), a leading global provider of essential components and solutions,
is pleased to confirm, following receipt of shareholder approval, the
successful completion of the disposal of Essentra Filter Holdings Limited
("Filters") to Frank Acquisition Four Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of
