Correction in Executive Director Shareholding.
Essentra plc advises that the current shareholding of Colin Day is 545,948 shares, equating to 0.208% of the Company's total voting rights. This shareholding is a correction to the previously disclosed figure of 514,553.
The amendment results from the previous omission of 31,396 shares purchased by Colin Day on 11 March 2011. This transaction was undertaken by Colin Day prior to his joining the Company as Chief Executive on 1 April 2011.
