(a) Colin Day was allocated 2,460 ordinary shares through the Essentra plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan. The shares were purchased at a price of 6.745 each for a total consideration of 16,593. Colin's total shareholding is now 265,851 shares which represents 0.10% of the Company's voting rights.
(b) Lorraine Trainer was allocated 62 ordinary shares through the Essentra plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan. The shares were purchased at a price of 6.745 each for a total consideration of 418. Lorraine's total shareholding is now 7,562 shares which represents 0.004% of the Company's voting rights.
