Essentra plc announces that it has been advised that Joanna Speed has acquired 173 ordinary shares through the reinvestment of the dividend paid by the Company on 1 May 2015. The shares were purchased at a price of 9.796 each for a total consideration of 1,707.73. Joanna's total shareholding is now 13,900 which represents 0.005% of the Company's voting rights.
