(a)Colin Day was allocated 3,986 ordinary shares through the Essentra plc Dividend Re-Investment Plan. The shares were purchased at a price of 8.4603 each for a total consideration of 33,723. Colin's total shareholding is now 514,553 shares which represents 0.1966% of the Company's voting rights.
