(a)Brett York reinvested the proceeds from a recent interim dividend and acquired an additional 124 ordinary shares. The shares were purchased at a price of 8.4296 each for a total consideration of 1,045. Brett's total shareholding is now 10,310 shares which represents 0.0039% of the Company's voting rights.
(b)Scott Fawcett reinvested the proceeds from a recent interim dividend and acquired an additional 131 ordinary shares. The shares were purchased at a price of 8.4296 each for a total consideration of 1,104. Scott's total shareholding is now 17,868 shares which represents 0.007% of the Company's voting rights.
