Essentra plc announces that on 1 May 2015 Colin Day was allocated 2,540 ordinary shares through the Essentra plc Save As You Earn Scheme. The shares were purchased at a price of 3.5424 each for a total consideration of 8,998 in accordance with the rules of the Save As You Earn Scheme. All 2,540 shares were sold by Colin Day on 1 May 2015 for a price of 9.6250. 
Colin's total shareholding as at today is 545,948 shares which represents 0.208% of the Company's voting rights.
