Essentra plc announces that it was advised on 04 November 2016 that on 03 November 2016
(a) Brett York reinvested, pursuant to an automatic dividend reinvestment instruction, the proceeds from a recent interim dividend and acquired an additional 222 ordinary 25p shares. The shares were purchased at a price of 5.0885 each for a total consideration of 1,130. Brett's total shareholding is now 18,281 shares which represents 0.007% of the Company's voting rights.
(b)Scott Fawcett reinvested, pursuant to an automatic dividend reinvestment instruction, the proceeds from a recent interim dividend and acquired an additional 229 ordinary 25p shares.
