1 As disclosed in the 2016 Remuneration Report, Paul Forman's Awards comprise a 2017 LTIP award over shares of 200% of salary and a one-off recruitment award of shares of 100% of salary to compensate him for incentives foregone when he left his previous employer.
2 As previously announced, the granting of this year's Awards was delayed until after the completion of the Company's Strategic Review to ensure that the Awards would be appropriately aligned with the revised strategy. Following the conclusion of the Strategic Review and presentation to shareholders on Capital Markets Day on 28 July 2017, the Remuneration Committee has agreed that the Awards should be subject to the performance conditions set out below.

All the Awards listed above are, in normal circumstances, conditional until 08 September 2020 when, subject to the satisfaction of the relevant performance conditions, the Awards will vest. No payment is due from the PDMR to the Company on vesting. 2017 LTIP awards granted to the Group Chief Executive and Group Finance Director will be subject to an additional two year holding period.
