Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibility
The notification below, is made on behalf of Persons Discharing Managerial
Responsibility ('PDMRs') under article 19.1 of the Market Abuse Regulation
('MAR') and in accordance with Article 19.3 of MA, in Essentra plc.
On 4 October 2022 the Company granted Long-Term Incentive Plan performance
shares to PDMRs as set out below. The performance period is three years, and
a further two year deferral for the Executive Directors.
