Chief Financial Officer Designate joins Essentra plc ("Essentra")

 

 

 

Further to the announcement of 14 March 2022, Essentra plc, is pleased to
confirm that Jack Clarke has joined Essentra today as Chief Financial Officer
Designate, ahead of his appointment as Chief Financial Officer on 19 May 2022.

As at the date of this announcement Jack does not own any shares in Essentra
plc.

In accordance with LR 9.6.15, the Company confirms that no further information
is required to be disclosed in respect of Jack Clarke under LR 9.6.13.
