Employee Benefit Trust Dealings
Essentra plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified yesterday that the Essentra plc Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust") had purchased on 20 May 2015 100,000ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Shares") at an average price of 976.059 pence per Share.
The purchases were made in order to cover obligations of the Trust under the Company's employee share schemes.
Following these transactions, the Trust now holds 2,053,826Shares, representing 0.78% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding own Shares held in Treasury) and voting rights.
The Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the Company are potential beneficiaries of Shares held in the Trust.
