Employee Benefit Trust Dealings
Essentra plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified today that the Essentra plc Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust") had purchased on 12 August 2014 228,500ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Shares") at an average price of 792.82 pence per Share.
The purchases were made in order to cover obligations of the Trust under the Company's employee share schemes.
Following these transactions, the Trust now holds 3,108,574 Shares, representing 1.31% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding own Shares held in Treasury) and voting rights.
The Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the Company are potential beneficiaries of Shares held in the Trust.
