Appointment of Executive Director
Further to an announcement made on 31 October 2016, Essentra plc confirms the appointment of Paul Forman as an Executive Director and Chief Executive with effect from 01 January 2017.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13 (1), Paul Forman has previously advised his directorships and there are no other details to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13 (2) to (6).
As at the date of this announcement Paul Forman owns 25,000 ordinary shares in Essentra plc.
