INVITATION TO FULL YEAR 2021 RESULTS PRESENTATION

Essentra plc is due to report its full year results for the twelve months
ended 31 December 2021 on 18 March 2022. The results will be published at
07:00 (UK time) that day through the regulatory news service (RNS) and on the

The full year presentation to analysts and investors will start at 08:30 (UK
time), and will be held virtually.
