NOTICE OF FULL YEAR 2022 RESULTS

 

Essentra plc, a leading global provider of essential components and solutions,
is due to report its full year results for the 12 months ended 31 December
2022 on 22 March 2023.

The results will be published at 07:00 (UK time) that day through the
regulatory news service (RNS) and on the Company's website

There will be a presentation to analysts and investors on the day of the
announcement starting at 09:00 (UK time, registration from 08:30) at the
