PAUL LESTER - APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF FORTERRA PLC
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Essentra plc announces that it has been advised that Paul Lester, Non-Executive Chairman, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of Forterra plc ("Forterra"). 
Forterra was today admitted to listing on the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities.
