2022 FULL YEAR RESULTS REVISED DATE

EXPECTED RESULTS AND GUIDANCE UNCHANGED

 

Essentra plc ("Essentra" or the "Company"), today announces a revised date for
the publication of its preliminary financial results for the year ended 31
December 2022. The Company will now announce its results on 29 March 2023 and
not on 22 March 2023 as previously stated.

The Company confirms that the 2022 outturn remains in line with Board
expectations.

As a result of the disposals of the Filters and Packaging businesses in 2022,
the Company's auditor, PwC, has requested additional time to complete its
standard procedures. Whilst the audit is not yet complete, no substantive
issues have been brought to the Board's attention.

The Board remains confident, based on current order trends, of meeting 2023
market expectations.

In keeping with the Share Buyback Programme announcement on 2 February 2023,
the Board re-confirms its intention to announce the launch of the Share
Buyback Programme immediately after it announces the preliminary results for
the year ended 2022.
