Total Voting Rights

 

 

 

Essentra plc (the Company") announces that in accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of
the FCA's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 29 February 2024
the Company's issued share capital consiststed of 292,322,715 ordinary shares
of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares"). Of these Ordinary Shares, 5,039,265 are held
in Treasury.

 

Accordingly, as at 29 February 2024 there were 287,283,450 Ordinary Shares
with voting rights.

The figure of 287,283,450 should be used by shareholders (and others with
notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change
to their interest in Essentra plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
