ANHEUSER BUSCH INBEV SA ABI.BR:
Brewer Anheuser-Busch Inbev announced the appointment of Dirk Van De Put as its new chairman, effective June 16, 2026.
     
COLRUYT GROUP NV COLR.BR:
Belgian retailer Colruyt Group reported full-year revenue of €10.6 billion ($12.31 billion) and an EBITDA at €879 million. It will propose a gross dividend of €1.38 per share.

DEME GROUP NV DEME.BR:
Belgian dredging and marine engineering company DEME was awarded a contract for capital deepening works at Ramayapatnam Port in India, to deepen the harbor basin, turning circle, and four berth pockets.
ESSILORLUXOTTICA SA ESLX.PA:
Eyewear maker EssilorLuxottica signed a long-term joint development agreement with U.S. chipmaking equipment company Applied Materials to develop augmented reality display technology and AI smart glasses.
MEDINCELL SA MEDCL.PA:
French biopharmaceutical company Medincell reported full-year total revenues of €24.3 million and a net loss of €31.3 million.
STMICROELECTRONICS NV STMPA.PA:
Chipmaker STMicroelectronics priced a $1.5 billion dual-tranche offering of new convertible bonds, with $750 million due 2031 and $750 million due 2033. Settlement is expected on June 23, 2026.
