Court Approval of Creditor Settlement Plan

 

Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM: ENET.L; OTCMKTS: ENETF), a leading supplier of
networking processing semiconductor technology ported on field programmable
gate arrays for virtualised networking appliances is pleased to announce that,
further to the announcement on 31 January 2024, the Court in Lod has on 4
February 2024 approved the proposed creditor settlement plan, details of which
were announced on 11 January 2024. Following this approval, the Company can
now continue to undertake its business and operations as usual.
