Ethernity Networks Limited (AIM: ENET.L) (OTCMKTS: ENETF), a leading supplier
of data processing semiconductor technology for networking appliances,
announces that it has been informed by David Levi, Chief Executive Officer,
that he has purchased 1,860,000 ordinary shares of NIS 0.001 each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 0.13p per share. Following
this purchase, David Levi holds 31,817,398 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to
3.53% of the Company's total issued share capital.
