Holding in Company

 

Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM: ENET.L; OTCMKTS: ENETF), a leading supplier of
data processing and PON semiconductor technology for networking appliances,
announces that it was informed on 6 June 2025 that following a purchase of
ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 6 June 2025, Ray Keatley
now holds 155,000,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 3.08% of the Company's
total issued share capital.
