Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM: ENET.L), a leading supplier of networking
processing semiconductor technology ported on FPGA (field programmable gate
array) for virtualised networking appliances, announces that it was informed
by Premier Miton Group plc ("Premier Miton") on 18 July 2022 that Premier
Miton holds 4,850,850 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 6.43% of
the Company's total issued share capital.
