Ethernity Networks Limited (AIM: ENET.L) (OTCMKTS: ENETF), a leading supplier
of data processing semiconductor technology for networking appliances,
received notification on 3 December 2024 from New Technology Capital Group,
LLC ("New Tech"), that New Tech's voting rights over the Company's ordinary
shares are below 3% of the Company's total issued share capital.
