Result of AGM

 

Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM: ENET.L), a leading supplier of networking
processing semiconductor technology ported on FPGA (field programmable gate
array) for virtualised networking appliances, is pleased to confirm that at
its Annual General Meeting, held earlier today, all resolutions put to
shareholders were duly passed, including the ratification of the appointment
of Richard Bennett as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.

All resolution proposed at the AGM were passed on a poll and the voting
results will be posted and available on the Company's website in due course,
