** Shares of Australia's Etherstack ESK.AX rise as much as 8.1% to A$0.67, their highest level since November 18, 2025

** The tech company says its Auria Wireless unit has been awarded a contract with the Commonwealth of Australia

** Says nature of contract in relation to professional services, maintenance, upgrades to digital wireless network equipment across Australia

** Expects total value of contract at A$9 million ($6.20 million) during initial term, about A$15 million should contract extend to two years

** Stock up 20.9% YTD, including day's moves
