Feb 19 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Thursday:

** Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio is planning to buy from two of his siblings an additional 25% stake in the family holding company that controls EssilorLuxottica ESLX.PA, in an effort to resolve an estate dispute, a source close to the son of the late founder told Reuters, confirming an Italian newspaper report. nL8N3ZF1BC

** Britain's competition watchdog said on Thursday it provisionally found concerns over UK editorial content supply in the proposed merger between U.S.-based Getty Images GETY.N and rival Shutterstock SSTK.N, but cleared the deal in the global stock content market. nL6N3ZF0R6

** A management buyout of commodity trader Gunvor has valued the group at around $5 billion, according to two sources and a Reuters calculation based on deal's financing via a loan to staff. nL8N3ZE0XM

** Yorkville America Equities LLC said that it plans to acquire the Point Bridge America First ETF MAGA.Z and incorporate its assets into the Truth Social family of exchange-traded funds currently managed by Yorkville. nTUA43BNP

** A Goldman Sachs-backed management buyout offer (MBO) for Japanese digital printing firm Raksul 4384.T was increased by 11% after investor criticism of the proposed deal, and the tender period extended to March 9. nL6N3ZF09U

** Nuveen's agreed 9.9 billion pounds ($13.3 billion) takeover of Schroders SDR.L undervalues the British money manager, shareholder J O Hambro said, as the companies seek to drum up investor support for the deal. nL6N3ZF0MX

** Hims & Hers Health HIMS.N said it will acquire Australian digital health company Eucalyptus in a deal valued at up to $1.15 billion, as the U.S. telehealth firm pushes into international markets to expand its personalized-care business.

** EBay Inc EBAY.O forecast first-quarter revenue above Wall Street estimates on Wednesday and announced the acquisition of fashion marketplace Depop from Etsy ETSY.N for nearly $1.2 billion. nL4N3ZE1MD

** India's state-run Bharat Petroleum Corp BPCL.NS has made its first-ever purchase of Venezuelan oil, and private refiner HPCL Mittal Energy Ltd (HMEL) has bought the South American country's crude for the first time in two years, three sources familiar with the trade said on Wednesday. nL1N3ZC0C6
