Brief: First Capital buys further 6.6 pct of Eukedos stake for EUR 1.5 mln

Dec 18 (Reuters) - First Capital SpA  FICP.MI : 
    * Reported on Friday that it signed agreement with Arkigest 
Srl, reference shareholder of Eukedos SpA  EUKE.MI  for 
acquisition of 6.6 percent share capital of Eukedos SpA 
    * Deal value is 1.5 million euros ($1.63 million) 
    * As a result First Capital will hold over 18 percent of 
Eukedos share capital with overall investment of 4.2 million
